Not trying to take anything crazy, just the usual Glutamine, creatine, L-Argenine, N.O. booster, and then fish oils and vitamins.
I'm just looking to quicken my recovery times, while maximising my lifting potential. I don't want to be Mr. Olympia or be able to see every muscle fiber in my body, I just want to life a healthy active lifestyle for as long as possible. Right now I'm taking the following:

Single digit body fat while working my way to 1.75-2x my body weight on bench press. Currently only at about 1.25x Also, I want to be that guy that people see and talk to at the gym for advice, and as a role model, always keeping my motivation and attitude high.
