My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy

Not trying to take anything crazy, just the usual Glutamine, creatine, L-Argenine, N.O. booster, and then fish oils and vitamins.

I'm just looking to quicken my recovery times, while maximising my lifting potential.  I don't want to be Mr. Olympia or be able to see every muscle fiber in my body, I just want to life a healthy active lifestyle for as long as possible.  Right now I'm taking the following:

/\/\ichael I was doing a lot of squats and deadlifts with ****ty form despite me having Scoliosis, so I ended up having a lot of lower back pain. I have fully recovered by now, but I am still a long way from my goal. Unfortunately my doc told me that I should take it easy with squats and deadlifts in the future, so that kinda slows down my progress... Looking solid in your avi, keep training hard man! jdledbetter Ha ha, eating is hardest part for me, I try to consume 3-4k a day.... but I barely get past 3.5k calories. You know? modernconan been at it a long time. Been all over the spectrum. Got to tell you the big simple lifts are where its at. The reason very few guys do clean and presses or deadlifts is that you have to learn the tech. most do a few workouts, end up pushing too much weight and then get hurt. the big lifts require more strength, more total body tension and more heart and lungs.
