Started when I was in the military, fell in love with it and decided to make it my career.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, everyone should take pride in who they are.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay focused on my goals and I also keep track of my improvement that way I can see the results.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't decided to compete in anything just yet, maybe someday in the future. Right now I'm just concentrating on personal training and furthering my education in that field.

Hey, I saw your post in the forum on Atrophex. I'm not much into supplementation beyond multi-vitamins, but I'm curious about it. Do you think the results you're getting a worth the investment? I also thought about trying the BSN Lean Dessert, but wasn't sure which flavors are good...
