Started when I was in the military, fell in love with it and decided to make it my career.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, everyone should take pride in who they are.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to stay focused on my goals and I also keep track of my improvement that way I can see the results.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't decided to compete in anything just yet, maybe someday in the future. Right now I'm just concentrating on personal training and furthering my education in that field.
Monday: Chest & Arms, Cardio 30 Min.
Tuesday: Legs & Abs, Cardio 30 Min.
Wednesday: Intense Cardio (1 Hour)
Thursday: Back & Shoulders, Cardio 30 Min.
Friday: Legs & Abs, 30 Min. Cardio
Saturday: Upper Body Low Intensity, 30-45 Min. Cardio Low Intensity
Sunday: OFF
