On September 15, 2008 i stepped on the scale and it read 250. Time to do something about it. I am now 177. I would like to firm up my body overall and to continue to increase my stamina and strength.

Thanks for the nice compliment. I'm training so hard I feel like crap every day, so an unexpected shot in the arm for the old (And in my cse, very old) ego is always a plus.
