How I Started:
I always wanted to body build but never had the dedication or discipline to stay with it. The day after my 30th birthday I decided to change my life and join a gym. I told myself I spent my 20's in the worst shape of my life and now being in my 30's I am going to get in the best shape of my life.
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love the feeling you get when you are weight lifting. The muscle pump is so addicting!
How I Stay Motivated:
I take pictures every 2-3 months and compare them to the first pictures I took.
BB Accomplishments:
I started out only being able to lift 180lbs 1RM on the converging loaded plate machine and I am now at 500lbs 1RM.
Right now I am in the middle of a mass gaining program where I hope to build a thicker chest and wider shoulders and back.
Goal (Long):
Since high school I have wanted to get into weight lifting but lacked the determination. I was in the worst shape of my life in my 20's and now being in my earl 30's I have made it my goal to get the body I have always wanted. I want to be a solid 255lbs not a somewhat solid 255lbs!
