Having trouble getting back in the gym because I'm so tired! I'm hoping this site will help. My goal is to work out 3-4x a week, get more toned and lower my bodyfat but not lose weight.
I want to get my legs to look like i actually have muscle under all the fat! :) And if you are a collector of girls or dont have time to leave a comment with your friend request..DONT BOTHER leaving one!
