I started working out when I was 18 years old, but didn't really get into it hardcore until about 3 years ago. Learning about nutrition and the physics of bodybuilding made a lot of difference in the way my body started to change.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel....strong, sexy, energetic, fit, happy - I JUST LOVE IT!
How I Stay Motivated:
Following other people's progress and my idol bodybuilder females (those girls are amazing!), watching my body change every week, the way it makes me feel - just fantastic!

Compete, always be fit and healthy, get into into fitness modeling, motivate and inspire others, maintain nice muscle tone without loosing my feminine curves :-)
I got the BodyBugg for Xmas! So excited! Just started to use it yesterday. So far I like it a lot. It gives you a better idea of how much you are burning throughout the day. I was shocked how much I actually burn at work by walking around, moving my patients, pushing stuff.......
Hey how do you like the Beverly products? A lot of my powerlifting buddies use it but I'm interested in what people who care about body composition have to say about it haha
