I have always worked out, but I really started getting into it hardcore after going to see FAME/WNSO show in Miami last year. It was such an inspiration to see all these amazing bodies!!! I got hooked... it was worse than heroin lol
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel....strong, sexy, energetic, fit, happy - I JUST LOVE IT!
How I Stay Motivated:
Following other people's progress and my idol bodybuilder females (those girls are amazing!), watching my body change every week, the way it makes me feel - just fantastic!

Does being in #1 spot on bb.com few times count ? ;)

Compete, always be fit and healthy, get into into fitness modeling, motivate and inspire others, maintain nice muscle tone without loosing my feminine curves :-)
Why I like this video: It pumps me up!!! I love it! It is sexy, funny... and also the pelvic tilts crack me up. I play this song every time I am doing pelvic tilts at the gym lol minus the special outfit ;-)
I do 45 min CARDIO 6 times/week: elliptical, stair master, jogging, jump rope, spin classes. I change it up every day b/c it gets soooo boring. Did I mention that I HATE doing cardio? ;)
Great goals. I'd love to see you here in Texas competing at one of my events!
