I just love to exercise and keep my body in shape. I run cross country and track.

Since I'm a runner my legs are in great shape but I would like to gain some upper body now.

Goal (Long):
I'm working on forming my arms, building my back, and getting a 4pack. January I will work out in the weight room only for my upper body for a straight hour and every other day work on my sprints and then afterwards go run 4-5 miles. Each week I will push myself to lift more and by next month I will start running up to 8 miles. So far It takes me 2 1/2 hours to this. I would like to improve my times on my miles and increase my speed each mile.
