How I Started:
I used to be in the military, even in the military I was not in good shape. My entire life it has been an uphill battle for me. I am ashamed of my current bmi and I am sick of it. I am ready to be healthier, happier, look better, feel better and to set a healthy example for my daughter.
Why I Love It:
I cant say I love it yet...but hopefully soon...I see some of the transformation stories here, I look at other women on this site and various sites...and I respect their discipline and bodies so much. I want to feel the same for my own
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about how it would feel to let myself down...and how I would feel if my daughter grew up seeing an unhealthy mother and she took on those same traits
BB Accomplishments:
I started out at 240, that is a loss of 21lbs. Looking back at 240...I cant imagine why I stayed that fat for so long. I hope in a few months, I will say the same about this weight.

Goal (Long):
To drop 59lbs first....gain more toned muscles, sculpted and fit. To not only be stronger and in better shape but to look sexier naked for my husband! I used to be in much better shape when I was in the military and prior military, I need to not only get back to that...but go farther than I ever did
