How I Started:
I notice that I was gaining too much weight since last summer, so I decided to start an eating and exercise program with a personal trainer since January this year.
Why I Love It:
Once I started I noticed that bodybuilding connetcs you with your inner person. And keeps my energy all day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Since week two of my program i started to see changes in my body,so I just like that feeling of see myself in the mirror and see that everything I tough impossible it's acomplish.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 50 pounds(215 down to 165) and my body fat%from 26 to 6 in three monts.

I always looked to the sports magazines and though that all those guys with perfect 

Bodies were product of good genetic or Photoshop.

No carbs after lunch and lots of flights of stairs along with 25 mins. of cardio a day. But most importantly I took ******** d4 extreme to help.

That sux bro!....Its easier for me when i have a wicked schedule because i am not 30,000 feet up!! LOL...My workout has been going great still, eventhough my hours working have been taking a toll. I fell asleep on my break when i went homme for lunch. The best part was, i was sitting upright watching the news, next thing i know, my phones was ringing and i was drooling.LOL...i mean geeesh i am only 31!

Yeah, I just strained all of the surrounding muscles, now everything is in "working order". I am starting my MMA training again this week! YES FINALLY! So has the jump rope improved any?
