Trying ti increase the size
This is one week bulkin at 185 pounds.
I want to get to 195 with 8%bf
Thanks man! I'm learning new things everyday about diet I hadn't thought important before. I'm looking forward to summer, by then I should have more muscle and even some abs poking through.
Yeah, I just strained all of the surrounding muscles, now everything is in "working order". I am starting my MMA training again this week! YES FINALLY! So has the jump rope improved any?
Thanks for the kind word bro, still haven't reached my 8%, then again of course when I do. I won't be satisfied even there and I'll want like 6% lol. keep growing!
I am feeling good! My shoulder is not too bad now, it is worst when I sleep. I went and had the myofacial release done on it Saturday and it seems to have helped some. After some of the explaination of that I have been lifting a little heavier but keeping it in the 15-ish rep range. Feels good though. I just finished working the heavy bag for 3 rounds, it was hard not to just keep going but I had to pace myself. Anyway, Iam feeling better. Lots more confident which is a big part of it.
I am training a little harder just started lifting again. Doc says train through the soreness so that is what I am doing. Just have to avoid throwing empty punches, I can hit the bag though, and that doesn't hurt.
thanks man. when i bulk (which is rare) i lift as heavy as I can safely and stay between the 4-8 rep range on core excercises. clean and press, heavy push, heavy pull, overhead press, bi barbell curl, weighted dips, squats deadlift, and eat to gain size. about 500-600 calories over maintenance per day with a balance of macronutrients.
