So it all started with football. I was playing outside linebacker/defensive end. From my freshman year all the way to my senior year I ended up dislocated my shoulder at least once. (I've dislocated my right shoulder 4x and my left 3x) During my senior season when I had gotten injured again...

hey dude, forgot to ask you this but you ever been to mad dog nutrition across from fun flex in ralston? the dude who works there is a trip, but you wont ever find cheaper supplements in stores...if you tell him pat from dana sent you, he'll pry hit you up with some free samples. I love goin there for protein and other basics, just spreadin some good news

Well, the surgery may have kept you off the weights, but those legs still work. So I'm sure you put the effort into them. As for the fast food diet issue... arent you ashamed of yourself, now. ;) Keep kickin ass. Good luck.
