I started training to Bull Ride and fell in love with Body Building. Needless to say I followed the path of Body Building.
Why I Love It:
Because I can see the accomplishments I make, it makes me feel good about myself and it is a AWSOME stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB.com, setting goals and achieving them, and seeing others in the BB and fitness world! I had cancer when I was young and the docs said I was going to die. It was a hard fight but I won!
BB Accomplishments:
Cleaning house at my first competition. I placed 1st in Novice Short, 1st in Open Short and won Overall Show Champion

I just recovered from an injury! It is still a little irritated but i couldnt bare not working out any longer! My tendon in my palm was inflamed badly.. The doc told me about 3 months ago that it was due to heavy weight pressure. I took the last 3 months off from weight training but now its...
Hey! Training going well! Next shows will be the NPC Midwest Muscle Classic in October, WI. Then the NPC North Star here at the Myth in November. How have you been?
What's goin on stud!? What time you wanna start trainin? No more this year. Guest Pose for Natural Mr. MN was a blast!! Gettin ready for next year now(Mr.Universe n International). Holla at me. OUT.
Some shows. There is a Natural NPC show in April, Team Universe, is a National Level NPC show, and that is tested also. Not quite as extensively as the NANBF, or WNBF. I will always be natural, and just knowing that for myself is good enough.
IFBB. The WNBF is a nice organization, but even the pro athletes there dont really get alot of exposure. I would like to do more fitness modeling, things of that nature too.
Because I want to see how far I can go in this sport, and to get the kind of exposure I want, it has to be NPC. Photo shoots usually 1-4 weeks out from the show. Depends, I may do a few on my off season too, just for variety.
I'll be doing an NPC show in Wisconsin in the fall, then the NPC North Star in November. WOrking on putting some serious size on before I get back on stage.
