Background

When I Started: Sep 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I was tired of being lazy and never doing anything expect for going out to eat fast food with my friends. Also I was tired of being made fun of and lets face it the women were not fans of me at all really. So i decided no more and I was going to change my ways to show everyone and to show my self I have the discipline to put forth the effort.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the gains, the way you feel after a workout plus i feel right at home now a days when i'm in the gym.
