i only drop to that many carbs for the last week or two. otherwise its alot higher. My workout pretty much stays the same. I lost some strength about 5 weeks or so in and it stayed steady at that point even when I dropped carbs.

thanks man! Creatine never really did it for me so I don't use it. I'm lucky and produce enough already. For my pre shoot carbs it depends on how I feel my body is and much leaner i want to be. if I'm getting desperate i go 2 day no carbs then load at about 200 for the third day. I won't do that for more than 2 weeks max though

starchy carbs and I don't mix well together. I eat fruit post workout, which I know is different than any bodybuilder I've ever talked to, but I get awesome results and grains/potatoes make me look puffy
