Hey bro...trying out that keto diet you were talking about a while back. I'm halfway through my second week. Got any tips? How many carbs do u take per day? appreciate your input!
holly ****! i wish i could have that much cheese! ur an animal lol
and i'm not lactose-intolerant, i'm a milk and yoghurt consuming machine lol, it's the bacterial cultures in real cheese that causes a blockage in my digestive system :(
and it's painfull lol
lol, i totally know what you mean wanting some foods after a restrictive period; i spilled my PWO shake, nearest alternative; 2 litres of choco milk.
for the next few days i had the MOST INSANE urge for choco stuff but i held back thankfully lol.
thank god i had my insulin-regulating meds btw lol
haha "epic" i love it lol, i've been on it since july 10th (the day i decided to turn my life around / walked out of the hospital)
july10th- 121 LBS @ <2% BF (i was on life support in the hospital)
now -sep 15 - 170 LBS @ 6% BF (measured this morning by my cardiologist)
it seems to be working very well since i'm still fairly lean lol
so you can see why i dont cheat, and now that my MD has came out i cannot cheat. there's reasons for which i cannot have any cheat foods, so i just stay away from them :)
oh yea, and i'm allergic to cheese, so that eliminates pizza; how GAY is that?
then theres my medical condition; i was born with Muscular Distrophy; a muscle-degenerative desiese...
so if i feed my body ANYTHING over 45 on the GI scale i get an INSANE insulin spike, my heart goes out of control and to the hospital i go, Meanwhile my digestive system tries to fire it through my body as quickly as possible; leaving my organs (in a hyper-active state) with no nutrients... therefore muscle & tissue depletion RAPIDLY occurs (including the brain)
