Did you buy it?..lol That would be great! If you did I definaely appreciate your suport. My macros before my comp is how I feel and look. I wil do a no carb week when I'm four weeks out. Then increase to carbs in morning and night or just night. Fat,only from fish, omegas or nuts.

I usually use 3-2-1. Carbs, protein, fat. However, my fat sources are restricted. Now, my ratio is 3-2-1 Protein, carb, fat. I am not so strict on my carb grams, just when I have them. Protein minimally is 150 grams per day. 6 weeks out I am up to 180 grams per day. 3 weeks will increase again as I will be trying to protect the muscle as I get that fat off of me....lol
