NurseAngie Have fun doing legs day! Its my favorite! I wish it was the workout I could do twice a week, but my triceps/arms are my most lagging area so I torture that area more often. I ruptured a disc in my back years ago and had to have back surgery, so Im really paranoid with lifting form and not over doing it, so I feel ya on taking it slow. Feb 10, 2012 3:01pm

velvet5900 Thanks so much! I'm really trying. Some of the guys at the gym this morning had me laughing... they said as hard as I was going, I was making them feel like they needed to stay longer ;o)! I love ZUMBA! I catch every class I can. I do it at least 4 times a week ;o)... I love it! Keep working hard and you're overdue for some progress pictures, so you can see how you're coming along ;o). 3littlebirds Hey there! I have been doing cardio 7 days a week since I started. I knew that's what would work best for my body. And it is going awesome! I'm down 11lbs and one dress size in four weeks! It's just melting off! Most importantly, my diet has been right on 7 days/week. I.feel very strong and motivated! Jan 30, 2012 8:26pm
