Man you're gettin pretty cut, nice work. I jumped on a new diet the other day, Carb Haters Anonymous :D. So far most of the Scivation crew has been adding freaky LBM with it, and Marc (the president of Scivation) talked me into it, so I said screw it, let's do it!

Good luck with your weight loss goals. I'm sure that you will add some weight in muscle gains along with the B/f LOSS.
