hey...thats awesome, your going up fast. today i did back, weighted pull ups (we need a add on weight belt..), T bar rows, Barbell Rows, Cable Pulldowns and Seated Cable Rows...along with some bicep curls...felt really good and intense. I've started doing cardio too, 20 minutes a day...along with cleaning up my diet...trying to get ripped like you...haha
