Background
I got started in because of football in highschool. I really didnt realize my potential until it was too late in football so I'm moved on to other sports I can be passionate about.
I love working out because I can lose myself in it, I can forget everything else that is bothering me and focus on something else that will provide results. I also love it because it is always challenging, if it becomes easy you increase the weight or go longer.

Transformation Update #1
Posted in Training : Mar 08, 2012 9:09amWith a few weeks down in the transformation I am 8 lbs lighter and haven’t really been following my nutrition plan which should change soon. Life has been hectic with training, nuggets games & trying to get every other house hold chore done. I’ve been training so hard lately it’s like I’m always sore and I recover the day before or the day of when it comes to training that part again. But this is also my fault in part because I haven’t been sleeping enough as well. All in all I need to get more serious, lifting weights isn’t the only part to the transformation. Posted in Training : Feb 28, 2012 1:54pmI decided to take part in this transformation contest because I had let myself go after my first competition. I took the meaning of bulk too literally. Everyone told me to be careful and I thought with everyone warning me I wouldn’t fall prey to it. I thought I’ll do a clean bulk and not get out of control. That’s exactly what happened, not having a regimented diet and free play allowed me to over indulge in junk food and holiday goodies. I do know that some of it is muscle but my plan was to be a few weeks out from competition ready at any given time which isn’t the case. So know it’s time
