Actually the date shown here is just a starting point to get back into shape for fighting I've been working out for years. Ive just never put alot of effort into the weight training until now. But as alwayz w/ time things change now its time to get TO GET SERIOUS

My DAUGHTER GIVES ME ALL THE MOTIVATION THAT IS NEEDED, THEIR ARE OTHERS IN MY LIFE THAT SHOW ME LOVE AND THAT JUST BRINGS FUEL TO THE FIRE

none at this time, although i did win a amateur world championship karate tournament @ 18 yrs old. and @ 21 was rate # 5 in the world in the pros

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Flat bench 6 sets (2 warm-ups @ 135 then starting @ 185 and increase 20lbs each set there after.

I kinda do. I'm at the point where I need a plan, but according to my coach, I don't appear to be particularly good at anything, so we're working through that problem. The only thing I've got going for me at the moment is being smart and coachable.
