Actually the date shown here is just a starting point to get back into shape for fighting I've been working out for years. Ive just never put alot of effort into the weight training until now. But as alwayz w/ time things change now its time to get TO GET SERIOUS

What chest workout has worked best for you?
Flat bench 6 sets (2 warm-ups @ 135 then starting @ 185 and increase 20lbs each set there after.

Well for the most part, I don't have a hard time working out I really enjoy it. I just have a hard time carb cutting, Its like a drug to me, I get all nervous and gittery and then it all just goes to shit. So Ive decided to get help from a friend, Steve Poynter and his Team Poynter. I...
I got kicks. They're not particularly hard, but they're definitely fast. I can throw somewhere in the neighborhood of 4-6 thai kicks in 10 seconds, which is pretty good for the gym. The faster people are TKD black belts, so that's there. I don't know about my strike accuracy. one of the issues my gym has is not sparring very often. I'm planning on saying something about that tomorrow at practice.
I don't feel like I don't have anything either. I think that I just haven't found it yet. What do you have in mind as far as ways of finding it? I'm mostly interested in building strength and cardio more than anything right now.
I kinda do. I'm at the point where I need a plan, but according to my coach, I don't appear to be particularly good at anything, so we're working through that problem. The only thing I've got going for me at the moment is being smart and coachable.

dude, I'm still on for the fight. Two weeks out but I'm having trouble getting my cut on. I've still got 9 or so pounds to go. Any suggestions or anything to help? I'm starting to kind of panic about it.
