pretty good man, been hiting the gym hard, just trying to find out why my chest is lacking compared to the rest of my body.
my jit jitsu's going beutifully, started grappling with bigger guys, alot heavier, so its going well.

my diets been ****ed up tho, cant keep it right due to work and everything.

its funny how after going to gym for a month, how you look at yourself in the mirror more haha,
dont worry about it, your confidence and self esteem grows after each session in my opinion,

trust me, if you are strict on your diet for the next few months, along with lifting and alot of cardio (like running or cycling), you'll get there in no time.

well.. if you want nice abs,
make sure you do alot, ALOT of cardio,
low body fat % is the key to getting the definition in your body.
with your diet, eat alot of protein like chicken breast and fish,
eat carbs like wholemeal pasta, bread, brown rice,
and make sure you at about 8 times a day,
this includes your 3 main meals, snacks like fruit and museli in between, and your pre and post workout meals.

yeah im slowly getting there,
trainings a bit tough at the moment but yeah ill get through it.
put myself through a new routine the past week and its killing me haha.
diets probaly the biggest thing letting me down, its getting hard sticking to it.

i just got into gym about 2 months ago, and looking at your progress in onyl a year, is just incredible.
Do you have any tips that would help me lose BF from 16%?
I've gotten into a 5 day split and now after looking at your pics, its made me want to work even harder.

hey mate,
im 16 and i just saw your transformation of the week on BB.com
I've cut out alot of the unhealthy foods in my life, and ive started training 5 times a week, with cardio after each workout for about 90 minutes.
Looking at the transformation you overcame, makes me feel more confident and is really inspiring.
Good work buddy, hope i can get to where you stand one day.
