Hey not to much just been working a lot and havent been in the gym much. I just started back up recently and im looking to cut to 145 by wrestling season so I have about 4 pounds to lose and mantain my muscle. But I just ordered my first thing of supplements in a wail and im going to post before and after pics after my three week cutting cycle!!!

Oh, well im currently not training really I on the wrestling team so lifting is very minimal. So I guess im just looking to get cut, and its going great thanks for asking. Hows yours?
