How I Started:
When I was about 13, I started seeing my older sister get involed in weight lifting. 1st it started with Tae Bo and then became intense weight training sessions. I saw how awsome she felt and just Wanted to feel the same. So after about 6 months I took it to a whole new level.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my progress, compliments, and just feeling great about my self.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of my dream of becoming a MMA fighter, and just keep pushing using the negitive thoughts and pumped up music.
