Congrats on making chief first of all. I'm sure you'll lose that 20 pounds easy, especially if you go out to sea. I don't know how your boat food is, but it was horrible on the enterprise! Helped me get to 8% bodyfat though cause I didn't over eat and I was training my ass off. Good luck man.

I've only done the power yoga once so far and it was great. Of course I was hesitant at first cause it's a little off the chosen path, but I got a lot of good stretching out of it. I also got to work on some balance at the same time. It pretty much did exactly what I needed. Hopefully this will be helpful with my recovery.

I'm doing well right now. Had a little mishap at the powerlifting meet a few months ago, but i'm getting into this power yoga stuff to work on flexibility and core strength while I heal.

My competition bench max was 249. I failed on 270. I don't really know where I am right now. I'm trying to stick to dumbbells for a few months before I start working back into a power program. 280 was my stop-and-go max last year, but it's totally different in a competition.

Everything's going well. Trying to regain my focus on training. Looking great! Those trophies go well with the outfit, very fashion forward, i think.

Congrats on your competition placings. You did great! You're still a rising star in my eyes. I think I said that about a year ago. Hmm... and still rising. :) Congrats

I was pretty embarrassed to put up my starting pictures. What's worse is having to put up new pictures looking like the old starting pictures again!

I'm here. I am determined right now to train regardless of a schedule. Family life has a much bigger role, but i gotta get in there and train. I know that if I had been consistant in my workouts I could have had a much higher lifting total at that competition last saturday. I got six months to get my lifts up. I'm going to focus on building up my foundation for at least two months before I start training for november. Anyway, how are things progressing out your way?
