Audge1 So hopefully your not eating below 2500 on rest days and on workout days you will eat back a bit more 400-600 calories for a total of 2900-3100 on workout days, that's a guide, hope that helps :) Dec 5, 2012 10:11am

Audge1 You can still gain muscle depending on how much of a deficit your in and muscle holds water so hang in there. The best way to see what's gong on is test with fat callipers. :) Dec 5, 2012 9:58am

asatrur I am not sure of your strength training, but remember that muscle weighs mores than fat, so if your converting fat to muscle, that could part of the equation. Dec 5, 2012 8:18am
