How I Started:
I grew up playing competitive tennis until a neck injury ended my career at 15. I spent two years feeling sorry for myself and balooning up. At 17 I discovered the gym and I fell in love with dumbbells and cardio machines.
Why I Love It:
When I am on a good track, I get sense of accomplishment after each workout. I feel better about myself. I feel more confident and I feel more attractive. I get excited if I add more weight or I can run extra 2-3 minutes ...
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't that's my biggest problem. I always start out solid get into a solid good eating habits and routine start seeing some seriously encouraging progress and than I hit a plateau and I end up giving up instead of pushing through it.
