Tons of progress huh? AWESOME Hun!! I'm so proud of you. Although, you look great now! Can't wait to see progress pics. Yes, I have revamped my entire routine and making huge strength gains. I'm going to enter a powerlifting meet in late Jan. After that I will start back dieting hardcore for the summer. Hope you are having a super Monday... =D
I am thinking I should be contest ready by May. Oh, and about what 4 body parts I would hit, Chest, Back, Shoulders, and Legs. Get the most bang for your buck that way.
Combine your bi/tri with your legs. Legs generally take most of your workout and bi's are the smallest muscle group which can be over-worked very easily. Then combine back/shoulders. Your genrally targeting bi's and tri's in most of your lifts as a secondary anyway...so I would focus most of my attention on shoulders, dback and legs.
LOL! Yeah we didn't get anything like you guys got in Atlanta. We really only had sprinkles when you guys were getting hammered. It rained less than an inch two days ago and that's it. Plenty of sunshine and has been kinda warm.
