Reason: Her positive attitude (on low carbs) and unstinting work-ethic.

Reason: First off the complete transformation Mike's achieved is grounds enough. But talking to him, its obvious the commitment he invests in all areas of his life is to truly laudable.

Reason: Great guy with a great sense of humour, but when it comes down to it works his arse off in the gym and outside.

Reason: His determination is a great source of strength for me.

Reason: This guy's doing exceptionally (and consistently) well up on stage and in the gym - all round something to aspire to.

Reason: Basuically the kind of physique I'd like to achieve in the future.
