Didn't have a great day yesterday. Found out that I'll be getting no more funding for my PhD which means I'm going to have to find about £2000 by next Spetember. Plus had a rather large gas/elec, bill arrive yesterday as well. All this means I'll probably have to take on a second job for a...

50lbs lighter bro .wow:) eating clean makes such a difference dont it bro....i train first thing in morning then again with kyle in the evening things is really gd i keep my body guessing somtimes heavy somtimes lots of reps :)

actually i just started doing deadlifts about 2 months ago, i mostly did rows before that. though i do feel my back isnt as great as it could be.
