50lbs lighter bro .wow:) eating clean makes such a difference dont it bro....i train first thing in morning then again with kyle in the evening things is really gd i keep my body guessing somtimes heavy somtimes lots of reps :)

actually i just started doing deadlifts about 2 months ago, i mostly did rows before that. though i do feel my back isnt as great as it could be.
