Just was tired of being fat, so decided finally to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Love the hidden benefits you get from it like discipline and will power.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its just ingrained in me now. Lately though, thanks to a number of members here always with good advice and encouragement, motivating myself is not a problem. (Special mentions for Carla, Mike/Tegid, FMMike, John and the rest of the Grimsby Clan).
BB Accomplishments:
None, except for losing most of the fat I was carrying for much of my teens and 20s.

What MK2004 Is Up To:
Oct 29, 2009
MK2004is inspired by Uncreativeskater. Reason: "This guy's doing exceptionally (and consistently) well up on stage and in the gym - all round something to aspire to. "
This topping can be used to liven up most baked/steamed fish (even poached chicken/turkey breast).
1 tin of chopped tomatos
1 red onion
1 scotch bonnet chili (normal chili if you can't find them)
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp of artificial sweetner
Chopped corriander/parsley...
Thanks a lot Mike! Feeling pretty ready, can't wait to get up there! How are things going for you? I read that you're gonna do bulking now, when do you think you'll end up competing? Best of luck with the bulking!
What's up Mike? You play sport other than bodybuilding of course? I'm into rock climbing, archery, medieval martial arts, and taking scuba diving lessons soon. Thanks.
