Just was tired of being fat, so decided finally to do something about it.

Love the hidden benefits you get from it like discipline and will power.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its just ingrained in me now. Lately though, thanks to a number of members here always with good advice and encouragement, motivating myself is not a problem. (Special mentions for Carla, Mike/Tegid, FMMike, John and the rest of the Grimsby Clan).
BB Accomplishments:
None, except for losing most of the fat I was carrying for much of my teens and 20s.

Here's idea for quick and cheap low carb/high protein dinner. Take some chicken liver, chopped onion, cashew nuts and quickly stir-fry until livers are cooked. Add chopped advocado and season with cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
it depends man, my front delts are decent altho my lateral delts and rear delts are ****, as for my arms, they are not too bad as a whole, but they do need size, very frustrating man!

ah i see, lol i hate it when im at the end of my bulk, you lose shape, look bigger in clothes but my pecs look **** and i got a little gut going on, lol!
yeh, i don't know whether its my bf but i do always get a soft midsection when im trying to put on size, maybe abit more than others, do you train you abs when your bulking or do you have any tips how you keep your midsection firm?, or are you an all out bulking type of guy lol!
