I am currently morbidly obese, and it is my ultimate goal to become entirely healthy and fit. Over all I want to lose 170 pounds. I have a long journey but I have no doubt that it can be done.
I don't really want to loose any weight per se, but would like to loose a some body fat. And I'd like to be lean (especially in my abs) and just be healthy. To be a role model to my friends, family and personal training clients!
