This is where it all began. I weighed 129 lbs. and decided I was ready to commit to working out and eating right.

I had to take a four-month break from lifting, and unfortunately, this was the result. I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me to get back to where I was and beyond.

This is after having bulked for a full year. I gained a total of 56 lbs., going from 129 lbs. to 185 lbs.! This was the first time I'd ever gained weight, and there was no turning back!

This was at my peak in the summer of 2008. I had to take a break from lifting from fall 2008 to February 2009, and I want to get back to this fitness level and beyond.
