Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of having respect for yourself and treating your body with dignity. I also like the strength and self-confidence I've gained.
How I Stay Motivated:

What MJW85 Is Up To:
Jun 23, 2009
MJW85changed Weight from 190.5 lbs. to 193 lbs., a 2.5 lb. gain in 8 days
This is where it all began. I weighed 129 lbs. and decided I was ready to commit to working out and eating right.
I had to take a four-month break from lifting, and unfortunately, this was the result. I knew I had a lot of work ahead of me to get back to where I was and beyond.
I'm back in the game and working hard toward my goals. I've pretty much caught back up to where I was last fall, before I took a break from lifting, and now I'm shooting to zoom past my previous peak and into uncharted territory.
Hey thanks, its always good to hear encouragement. I checked out your progress too and it makes mine look like nothing. You packed on some serious muscle. Great Job!
thanks for your comment man, you are well on your way to your goals! Look at how big you've gotten in your progress pix. Much more developed and mature.
