my brother-in-law's a personal trainer and I was tired of being the "fatty" or "clumsy" one, I needed change, so I asked my BIL for two dumbbells for my birthday...

I love to work out, makes me feel good about myself and to be honest I like the compliments i get every now and then =)

Andreas Münzer. He's had the greatest body of'em all...it's not worth decayin yourself but still, to me he had the perfect body.

First year at university is a big change, because in school you've always the teachers helping you and now you've to solve your problems by your own. It's a diferent way to work. On September I wanted to sign up on a gym but I realised that the first year at university it's the worst and I don't have any time to go, so I'am working as before, with dumbbells and weight exercices.

At this moment results are more visible because at the same time I eat less and I get thinner. What about you in both, university and work out?

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

Hope to visit Spain again next summer, because turism plays a large part of the country's revenues. I spent the summer between a week in Greece, one in Cuba and one in Soria (Spain). Besides this, the whole summer in Barcelona. Workout pretty good, on September 1th I'll start university and it has gym so I'll get better results. I'm looking forward to start. Have you reached better results using the Kettler's Center?

I have seen in the picture you uploaded that you've been in Lloret and it seems that you had a great time during the long mediterranean night and maybe during the day on the beach. When did you go to Lloret and did you enjoy your stay?

It's like a V crunch... I start on the edge of a bench, and pivot my hips inward... basically it causes my abs to get played like an accordion. It's worked wonders for me so far.

I saw the Kettler's Fitness Center on the Internet and it seems to be very useful. I think a lot of stars use it. If I were you, I'll be also excited to use it as soon as I can. Hope I'll see better results using these fitness center.

I'm enjoying my summer before I enter at the university. Focusing on ABS, chest and quads, which are the worst part of my body, doing some lunges. How about your summer and your workout?
