My BF is 6.5% weight:130 Age:15 arm: 11 inch Height: 5'9 forearm:10 inch. if you could give me some advice on what a good mass building diet consists of and maybe even supplements you reccomend. damn man your a lil power house only thing i got u beat on is bench u got me on dead lifts and squats and about 3 times smaller then me thats amazingu should think about competing in power lifting in ur weight class u would do awesome good luck on goals
