I've made a drastic change in my appearance in losing weight! But I wasn't satisfied! I wanted the muscle to back it up! I want that rock hard look. The toned and cut look. Not the juiced-up bodybuilder look!
Why I Love It:
It's my life! I came from being a 360lb weakling to 220lb muscle man! I love being in shape and staying healthy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Alot of it is self motivation! I always keep a picture of me from what i used to be! I'n Never going back to that! Also being diabetic, I no longer have to take medication! I've techincally "cured" my diabetes! My exercise and meal plans for Diabetes and bodybuilding go hand and hand! It's a double whammy! MUSIC! Keeps me going! I get really into it! Especially during cardio...It brings the animal out of me!
BB Accomplishments:
As far as bodybuilding. None yet! I want to start doing bodybuilding contests! But I need my excess skin removed first!
I want to get lean and cut, and for once in my life take my shirt off without being embarassed!
Goal (Long):
I've been morbidlby obese most of my life! I decided that I'd had enough. I've made drastic changes. But now I want to head into natural bodybuilding and a career in fitness modeling. All my life I've had unhealthy and even deadly habits. Now that I look back, I realize how far I've come. I want to share my story with anyone willing to listen. I want to inspire and motivate people to improve and better their lives. I'm studying to be a personal trainer. I've only started bodybuilding for about 4 months now. But this is my life now...and there's no turning back!
Fitness goals:
*Add more width to my back
*Bigger Arms
*Bigger Traps
*Get between 9%-12% bodyfat!
