CT: From what I hear your doing great. Looking as perfect as ever. I will be promoting my first Natural bodybuilding and fitness competition on July 19th in Naples Florida. The INBA South Eastern USA. Hope you can let people know about it. Thanks for the help!

I always take a week after the show to take part in some major pig-out's myself. But then it's back to work. It's not easy but I love it!!

Team USA always looks forward to competing against your team . In my opinion the Australians are way ahead of all the other countries with there efforts to promote natural bodybuiding. look forward to seeing you in california at the natural O.

Melita: You look awesome! as always, I know your busy getting ready for the upcoming competition season this year . I took a silver medal at the Natural O in Greece and an overall at the Forever Natural Universe.Are you coming to the states this year for the Natural O?

Its been a long time since I have been on site here at body space.Hope all is well! Any competitions coming up?I have been busy promoting my web site and products and of course I was on stage no less than 5 times last year. Looks like I will do the same in 08.

Sorry for the late reply! Have been tied up getting my new diet DVD out Ripped Rulez. Will be out the week of July 8th on my site. My next competition is in Sept the Team USA which is the qualifier for the Natural Olympia.
