Overall Goal: Within a month of the end of my deployment (April 2010) I want to be at least 190 lbs and 6% body fat. Also to possibly compete and/or fitness model.
Fit Status:
Finally got my supps in the mail after 17 days! Now it's time to get it; let's go! [[4 month bulk]]
My father inspired me. I saw his great physique and wanted the same.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of accomplishing my bodybuilding goals, being in shape, and looking better overall.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by setting goals for myself. I'm a self-motivator, so if I set a goal I'm going to stick with it.
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments yet. May get into competing once I get back to the states, or possibly fitness modeling. However, my favorite personal achievment was putting on 15 lbs in 8 weeks when I first got serious about bodybuilding.
This was taken when I first decided to get serious about my body. I had decided to join the Marine Corps and wanted to get into shape. I was 150 lbs.

Pretty much have reached the goals I set for the whole deployment, halfway through.
I wasn't trying to go on a full blown cutting phase. I just wanted to cut up enough to go home for a couple weeks ;) But I shed a little more than expected.
Since I got back into the gym earlier this year my arms have decided to grow at an exponentially slower rate than the rest of my body. Anyone who looks at my body stats can easily see this; my calves are 2.5" larger than my arms man, wtf?! Although that is slightly deceiving considering I...

Hope you are making the most of your deployment to Afghanistan. My husband is schedule to return from there in about 2-3 weeks. Thanks for the compliment and the add...you have an awesome back Marine. Thanks for your service. ~Stacy
thanks for the reply...your reply makes perfect sense, since it's all about knowing what works for you and what doesn't and bulking for you is an increase in quantity.
keep safe and all the best in your goals.
Checking in with you to see how that new arm workout went. I am assuming it was productive. I 'm looking at your avi and it appears that things went really well. Hope everything else is peachy!
First of all, let me say thanks for serving our country. My roomate is a marine over there, and I support you guys 110%. As far as modeling, I'm w/ SILVER agency in NYC, so if you get some decent professional pics and send them in, they will prob want to see you.
Then they start getting you work!
