Background
I got start working out by running. I loss about 9 pounds in maybe 2 weeks. I've always wanted more muscle on my body and that fact that i lost weight that fast made me want to start lifting. That was around august and I've been on and off due to work and just plain old lack of motivation.
I honestly can't say I love it because lifting for a week and half doesn't bring any results. Lol!!!!! Ask me this question in a couple of months.
