How many times have i heard that. Am i to be continually reminded of my past failures to lose the fat. I joined this site last year full of determination that this "time i am finally going to do it" but as usual i failed. If i keep on doing the same thing and i keep failing then i have...
Hey Baby how are you going? I've been out of action on the site for a while as I have had to go back to work and the last 4 months have been so busy at work! Anyway I've joined a new gym in my neighbourhood as the other one was too far away and I was never able to make it so this week I've started working out again! What a rollercoaster ride! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for sharing your truly inspirational feelings with me. You are taking the right steps in towards loving yourself again. Like I have mentioned before, lean on me a bit if you need to. You honestly can do it.
Hi Miss Extreme,
I'm good I've been on and off re the gym thing and it seriously took me a while to get the momentum going. I'm really happy with what I have achieved in the last 4 weeks as I have been pretty consistent with my training. I've stepped up my cardio and I'm now starting to look at my diet. I have lost 3% body fat so now I am down to 30% body fat and not 33% like I was before. Anyway keep me posted about your progress. Keep up your good work. Victoria
Yeah - sprained ankles are painful and a problem - usually 2 weeks out with that , so just take the break and get the motivation up for the return to it. Try taking biotin to help strengthen the tendons in that region. Good luck , hope its getting better - Jack
10K is a great distance, don't listen to people who say its detrimental. Any kind of activity has benefits, it depends on your goals. Check out www.runnersworld.com to get a good 10K plan and go for it!
Good job! That is the first step. It is a reality check. The awesome thing about this site, is that people are not critical at all. They just help push you forward!
That is so right.. You have to be the little train that could.. Keep doing your nutrition, lifting, and cardio plan and it will get you there slowly but surely. you should pat yourself on the back when you have a 100% day I do and it keeps me going..I see flaws in my body when I look in the mirror that I am working to change but I don't get down on those, they motivate me to work harder and stay on track but I like to admire my good aspects.. Maybe that will help you..
Girl..
DOn't you dare give up.. You have to STAY consistent.. REMEMBER YOU DID NOT GET THAT BELLY OVERNIGHT NOR WILL IT LEAVE OVERNIGHT..
I think the same thing about my abs being flat and popping out.. But I have made a promise to myself that I will not give up and keep on following my routines and eating clean 100%..
