I started weight training in 10th grade at my highschool to supplement my ski team and running training. It helped me through my rehab at age 16, when I was run over and thrown 20 feet by a car while riding my road bike!
Why I Love It:
Super confidence builder, brownie eliminator!, bikini promotor, energy machine maker..keeps EVERYTHING where it's suppose to be!:)
How I Stay Motivated:
My wonderful husband,Donald Mitcham(dmitch)is an amazing inspiration and encourager. The man is a Marine machine!:)..and I the Energy Machine..a perfect match!..Being 38 and mistaken daily for 28 or less...:) I am in better shape now than when I was 27.

This 3day split works very well for me for maintaining leaness,my overall definition, while still gaining some muscle mass and defining shape more. The first 3 days are all heavy/max.10 reps w/ a polish high rep set at the end of each exercise, while the following 2 days are medium-lighter...
Blah, stomach flu :( glad you're feeling better...I'm still in fatboy bulk mode..215!!! DOnt think I'll be competing this year though, didnt make the necessary gains..but working on em
