My wonderful husband,Donald Mitcham(dmitch)is an amazing inspiration and encourager. The man is a Marine machine!:)..and I the Energy Machine..a perfect match!..Being 38 and mistaken daily for 28 or less...:) I am in better shape now than when I was 27.

I want to compete in Figure in 2010 after several training interruptions last year..I was ready though! Learning to surf, sail, and do some running competitions are all on the 2010 agenda!:)

This 3day split works very well for me for maintaining leaness,my overall definition, while still gaining some muscle mass and defining shape more.The first 3 days are all heavy/max.10 reps w/ a polish high rep set at the end of each exercise, while the following 2 days are medium-lighter...

Everythings good around here, just super busy at work..u'd think they were trying to burn Detroit down! Makes for good cardio, though. Stuck at 200lbs but Im cool with it, dont want the big offseason belly...lol Bootcamp? hut..hut..hut! get on it! :)

I hit it a couple of days last week, but combined with work, I had a lil tweak in my middle back..seems to be nothing major so all plans still a go..once the kids are back in school I can get my gym focus back and put in work..
