This 3day split works very well for me for maintaining leaness,my overall definition, while still gaining some muscle mass and defining shape more. The first 3 days are all heavy/max.10 reps w/ a polish high rep set at the end of each exercise, while the following 2 days are medium-lighter...
Everythings good around here, just super busy at work..u'd think they were trying to burn Detroit down! Makes for good cardio, though. Stuck at 200lbs but Im cool with it, dont want the big offseason belly...lol Bootcamp? hut..hut..hut! get on it! :)
Great Physique! Check out http://www.idfa.ca. The IDFA runs Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness Model, and Figure competitions. Thanks, Shaun Campbell, IDFA Founder
A life filled with fitness is rewarding! But being able to fill your life with many other rewarding ventures truly makes one mind and body healthy! Best wishes on your move and Harvard Masters program!
I hit it a couple of days last week, but combined with work, I had a lil tweak in my middle back..seems to be nothing major so all plans still a go..once the kids are back in school I can get my gym focus back and put in work..
Thanks for the add and the kind words! I just took a week off to rest my aching joints and am starting my cut cycle today. Good luck with the Mrs. degree and keep up the hard work, it is really paying off!
Thanks for Adding me! I'm getting there, I was feeling a little better yesterday, but today is worse. But I'm getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of fluids. Don't wanna rush it, Doc said It could turn to pneumonia if I don't take care of it. So.... I'll just sit here and waste away.
Monique thanks for the encouraging words, it's always a pleassure to hear words from someone like you. Good luck in your Competition in NY, let me know what happens with you. Best of luck..
