Goal (Long):
Im getting older and I want to see myself looking better than I have ever looked. I never been skinny or slim but average. I did start to exercise more frequent about 3 years ago, reaching some of my goals. A year ago my life has gone thru many emotional challenges that took me away from my fitness workout and now I want to be able to get on that track again to look as how I invision myself. I have been making adjustments with my food intake and exercise regimen. I hope to reach results in 6 months.

Just working hard on getting some fat to melt off. I've been doing some HIIT and trying to do a cutting diet. Hopefully on New Years day there will be some pics i can be proud to unveil
