I was tired of being so skinny so some of my friends and I started working out.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body change and having something to wake up everymorning and work for. It's great seeing results and challenging myself everyday with diet and new goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls. Friends. And I make goals that I want to reach and then everyday im motivated to reach them. And who can't be motivated when they watch great BB's like Arnold, Ronnie, Dorian, Dexter, Jay...and so on

I want to BREAK my Plateus.

Everyday I wake up I want to hit new goals in the gym. I work hard everyday with my diet and my training. I want to have the best body I can. It's a great feeling when people think your on steroids but really you just hit the weights hard everyday and perfect your diet in every way possible. That's what I want. I'm workin for 365 as a short term goal for bench. And 18 inch arms while keeping low body fat. And lats that stick out like wings. (Ronnie Coleman)
