Listen to some METAL music and visualize, whether it be visualizing myself running a 48 second 400yard dash or me getting a reverse and taking it to the house. I usually never think of myself lifting ...more

Lean tightly muscled and solid vascularity and only 13. Proper diet and continued hard work will just pack on muscle on that frame. Continued success with weight goal. Andre
