What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to some METAL music and visualize, whether it be visualizing myself running a 48 second 400yard dash or me getting a reverse and taking it to the house. OMG! Your most muscular pose is CRAZY! Have you always been really muscular? You must get comments all the time about your body! And those veins!!! How long have you had bicep veins?
Lean tightly muscled and solid vascularity and only 13. Proper diet and continued hard work will just pack on muscle on that frame. Continued success with weight goal. Andre
