Back at it again. 19 March 09 261lbs. Need to get down to 205 by 15 October 09.
Goal (Long):
Several year ago I started working out religiously and saw many benifits. Since then following a long bout of depression, heavey work related stress and several injuries I lost about 20 pounds of Muscle and gained 50 pounds of fat. Now I'm going to loose about 50lbs over the next 6 months and add 10 pounds of lean muscle while increasing strenght, definition and stamina. That was me 2 years ago. I went in the Hospital October 9th for what doctors thought was a bleed on the brain. To this day they are not sure exactly what happened but I was layed up for 6 months. I went from 242 to 272. In February of this year I started walking and doing what I could. The doctors clear me on March 12th. March 19 I weighed in at 261. As of this goal update I am already at 256. Bottom line I need to be about 205lbs by October 15th 2009.
I’ve been out of pocket for about a week or so and it’s actually been a good thing. The only thing I have been able to do is some cardio. You know how you go, go, go and some time forget that you need to give your body time to catch up, well that been me. I was pushing myself so hard so...
