I got tired of being pissed every time I looked in the mirror. I have always wanted to be a Fire Fighter and at my previous fitness level I would have never made it. A friend of mine gave me a bowflex and that how the fire got started, since then I have upgraded to free weights. Now I can work on being the best and strongest to be better at my career.
Why I Love It:
How I feel after I'm done in the gym. I love knowing I am geeting stronger and to see the results right in front of me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Striving to be better, stronger, faster, and my daughter. If she sees her daddy striving to be fit and healthy then as she grows up so will she.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping 30 some odd pounds.

COMPETE IN THE FLORIDA FIRE FIGHTER GAMES IN 2010.
Goal (Long):
I've been skinny, and I have been fat, I started working out for almost two years. I dropped from 191 to 156 and then I gained up to 177 and now I have dropped to 170. I am looking to loose some body fat but more importantly bulk up by training hardcore throught the fall and winter and start to cut in January. I would like to see 180 to 185 with a 6% to 8% body fat ratio by March of 2010.
