I guess that you could say that I got started back when I signed up for the Marine Corps. The Marine Corps really gave me the means to watch out for my health and a constant reason to hit the gym. Not only am I expected to do my job every day but I am expected to maintain a certain physical appearance.
So I have started a new routine and I am going to try and track it more vigorously now that I am done moving and I am settling into the States. I am going to track more progress pictures as well as my actual routine.
I appreciate all the encouragement and advise that you all have to help me stay motivated and to keep improving my routine!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after an intense workout. I love eating healthy knowing that years are adding onto my life and I love what working out does to my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I pull my motivation from other Bodybuilders knowing that I can someday build and work to look like them.
BB Accomplishments:
I am slowly but surly seeing results in my abdominal area. God for me this is so difficult, I can't seem to get results to stick. I need either a good partner or a better workout routine!

This is me at the MCAS Iwakuni Pool in July of 2007. This is Prior to the Workout Program that I am currently starting.
I want to tone up and cut my body so that I can be a fitness model when I get out of the Marine Corps.
Goal (Long):
My overall long term goal is to get completely cut and rock hard. I don't want to get huge or gain a massive amount of weight but I want to sculpt and tone my body. I hope to turn a few heads before I leave Japan!
Why I like this video: I found this video while looking at a bunch of others and I found that this video motivated me to go an hit the weight's. This video seems to keep me motivated.... I just watched it again... I am going to go hit the weight's. See... Motivating!!!
