That is great! Have you started the "prep" diet yet or are you still a little ways out for that? I loved my last prep too, only 30min of cardio... it was fantastic!

Hey lady! Looking Grand my beautiful friend!So I found an NPC show in my area..Aug 21st..Still deciding if i should go for that..need to grow some shoulders and widen my back, not sure if I have what it takes to be competitave in NPC...

Enjoying the off time too much!I think I definatley got you beat on weight gain! There was another guy at the show taking photos (professional), don't know him but he sent me a link...lots of prejudge stuff. I will PM you the link, they are good but pretty pricey.

Thank you! Yep, i have come along way...still working on getting better! Right now im enjoying my off time too much...lol! I will Pm you a web site, this guy was at the show taking photos, he sent me a link to them, good shots just pricey! I didn't order any. I have been trying to get some from lee but he won't contact me back...
