2lbs from loosing 100...3 weeks from the stage and the abs are making an apperance here and there..woohoo!

6 weeks out, weight and bf are dropping but my arms still look like sausages in pics...help! They REALLY are much better in real life!!!

Vacation was a blast! 4 states and 15 days! Now im in 12 days of hell workout..guess its the prep before the prep...lol!

spent 4 days in Hospital, and am dying to start pushing some weights, but slow and steady wins the race (at least in my case)
