From a very early age I began swimming...
At high school I began running 5-6 km 6-7 times a week + body weight resistance training (sit ups, chin ups, etc...).
I raised the bar and began running 10-14 km each time, and went to a few races where I set some nice times (40-42 minutes for 10km).
And the ultimate revolution came when I started road racing, as I have for 3 years now :)
Why I Love It:
The rush, the adrenaline, hardcore training and sore muscles- the "burn" inside your heart, makes you feel alive!
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch races, listen to some good music when I work out, setting new goals each time.
